We offer a quick and thorough response to the commercial problem of secure shredding in a controlled environment. We will collect your confidential data the next day (if your order is placed before midday) otherwise we only require 48 hours' notice.
Secure, alarmed and tracked vehicles transport your confidential material to our depot with complete security guaranteed. You will be given a certified receipt when any material is collected and once securely disposed of, you will be issued with a Certificate of Destruction guaranteed to EN15713, to testify that the process followed proper destruction policies and procedures. This Certificate of Destruction should be held on file as part of your compliance to data protection legislation.

Step 2 - The material is destroyed at our depot within 24 hours
Step 3 - All material is recycled and a Certificate of Destruction is issued stating guaranteed destruction to EN15713
If you need a regular collection service be assured that we are as flexible as you need us to be, operating a scheduled service tailored to your requirements. This means that you won’t have any unnecessary build up of confidential material and you won’t have to call us every time you need to organise a collection.
How does it work?
If the material is in your own sacks and boxes we can collect them or we can send you sacks to fill. If you don’t wish to contract to a regular collection service then simply contact us and we'll arrange a suitable collection date.
There's no need to take staples or clips out as our shredder will handle them and even lever arch folders can be shredded with our off site service.
